These terms govern the use of the VoidSakura website, account system, store and services. VoidSakura is the sole seller of every product and service offered here; this is not a marketplace and no third party sells through it.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product within a single organisation. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing and public hosting of purchased files are prohibited.
Certain products may be withheld from sale where the necessary commercial authorisation from a third-party rights holder has not been obtained. Such products may be listed but cannot be purchased until that authorisation is in place.
Service engagements are governed by the scope agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope are agreed separately and may alter price and delivery date.
You may not use VoidSakura products or services to operate unlawful services, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to circumvent licensing, download protection or rate limiting.
VoidSakura's aggregate liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may revise these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and take effect no earlier than thirty days after announcement.
