Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, locale and currency preference.
• Order data: what you purchased, when, at what price, and the payment method type used.
• Security data: sign-in attempts, session records, IP address and user agent.
• Download records: which file was downloaded, when, and from which address.

What we never store

Full card numbers and security codes are never stored and never written to logs. Where card processing is performed, only the network, the last four digits and the expiry date are retained, and only for receipts and dispute handling.

Why we hold it

To operate your account, fulfil orders, issue and verify licences, protect against abuse, and meet accounting obligations.

Retention

Security and audit records are retained for twelve months. Order and invoice records are retained for as long as accounting law requires. Everything else is deleted with your account.

Your rights

You may export or delete your account data by contacting support. Deleting an account revokes its licences and removes library access.
