Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the product within one organisation, subject to the activation limit shown on your licence.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or make the product available to third parties. You may not remove or circumvent licence verification, and you may not reverse engineer the product except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Each installation consumes one activation. Activations may be released from your account and reused. Sharing a licence across organisations is a breach of this agreement.
The licence terminates automatically on breach, on refund, or on revocation for abuse. On termination you must cease use and remove all copies.
Support and updates are provided for the product edition purchased. Major new editions may be offered as separate products.
